At Zivi Trails, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return

Order number
Reason for the return
Photos of the item (if applicable)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method (if prepaid) or confirm cancellation if payment was to be made upon delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
In the case of incorrect, defective, or damaged items, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair
Custom or personalized items
Late or Missing Refunds
